Exhibitor Building

Key Information

• All exhibits should be set up, judged, and held at the American Legion Building: 9494 MO-100, New Haven MO 63068
• Entries are limited to residents of Franklin County or an adjoining county.
• Ages 5 years and up to age 18 (by August 1, 2025) may enter exhibits.

o Ages 5 -7 may exhibit up to FIVE items and will receive a participation ribbon and a premium of $1.00 for their participation.

• All Home Economics and Fine Arts exhibits must be original and have been made by the entrant. Once an item has been entered, it cannot be entered again.
• Exhibitors are limited to a maximum of 30 entries.
• Each exhibit will be awarded a Blue ($3.00), Red ($2.00), or White ($1.00) Ribbon.
• Home Economics and Fine Arts. Exhibits beyond or below the age abilities of the exhibitor may be disqualified at the discretion of the judges and/or committee members.
